If that is the case do not worry, it is only an IT issue and your parcel is really on its way. We will then contact you to see if you need us to ship the products again and in this case the delivery fees will be on the client&#8217;s side.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chronopost (France)<\/strong> : your parcel will either be rescheduled for a delivery the following working day, or will be handed to a nearby shop or a local Post Office. In any case you will receive a notification with the next steps and, in the case of your parcel being available in a store, you will be informed how long your parcel will be kept there for, after which it will be sent back to us.
