Deliveries

How fast will you receive your order?
  • Deliveries with Colissimo : orders placed before 3PM on a week day (mon-fri) will be prepared and sent the same day. As soon as your parcel is with our supplier Colissimo, the delivery will take from 3 to 5 days for France (in reality it is usually 2 days), 7 to 9 days for the European Union and up to 2 weeks for overseas French departments and territories and all other countries outside of the EU (mainly because of potential custom procedures)
  • Express deliveries in Paris : the Express service is active on week days (mon-fri) for orders placed on our site between 9AM and 4PM with the “Express Paris” delivery mode. Our courier will deliver your order within 3 hours maximum inside Paris (post codes beginning with 75). For all other nearby postcodes, please contact us.
What are the delivery fees?
France :
  • Home delivery with Colissimo : 4,90€
  • Collect from local shop or local Post office (Colissimo) : 3,90€
  • Express delivery in Paris : 8,90€
 
International :
  • European Union + Switzerland : 13,90€
  • Europe (excl. UE, excl. Russie, excl. Switzerland) + Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia : 18,90€
  • All other countries worldwide : 24,90€
How will I track my order?
  • Deliveries with Colissimo : you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to Colissimo’s website as soon as your order is shipped. Your delivery status will be available directly on Colissimo’s website with your specific tracking number. Of course feel absolutely free to contact us if you need extra information or if you want us to do the tracking for you.
  • Express deliveries in Paris : as soon as you place your order we will contact you to confirm the delivery details and make sure someone is available at the given address. Our courier will be with you in less than 3 hours.
What happens if I am not home when the order arrives?
  • Deliveries with Colissimo : you will receive a notification in your letter box letting you know that your order has been left either at a nearby Post Office or a local shop. Your parcel will stay there for 15 days. After that, if you haven’t collected it, your order will be sent back to Anatole. We will get in touch with you to decide when and where to send it again. Anatole will invoice the customer for extra shipping costs.
  • Express deliveries in Paris : it is crucial you make sure someone is available at the given recipient’s address. In case our courier finds a closed door and cannot reach anyone, the order will be sent back to Anatole. We will get in touch with you to decide when and where to send it again. Anatole will invoice the customer for extra shipping costs.

Returns

How many days do I have to return a product and in which state should the item(s) be?
Items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days (starting on the day the parcel was received by the customer). Please make sure the product was unused and in its original case.
No justification nor penalty fees will be asked for.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note the parcel is under your responsibility until we receive it, we advise you make sure to keep a proof of delivery to keep track of its status.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will confirm it by email and if the product condition is unused we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. The payment could take a little longer according to your bank.
We will refund the item’s amount that you have paid when you ordered. The shipping fees will be refunded on the basis of a regular home delivery fee (or local shop if applicable), therefore if you have chosen an Express delivery in Paris we will refund on the basis of the regular home delivery fee.
Through which method will I be refunded?
Once our customer service confirms the return was received in the expected unused state, we will refund you through the same payment method you had used to place your order.
How can I cancel my order ?
  • Right of cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from the day you received your
item(s) without giving any reason.
In order to cancel our contract, please inform us about your decision through a clear notification (for example in a postal or email written message) in which you mention your order number. You can also use our withdrawal form (in French here) but it is not compulsory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.
  • Refund method
