Deliveries

How fast will you receive your order?

 

France

  • Deliveries with Chronopost (1-2 working days): orders placed before 1PM (Paris time) on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be prepared and sent the same day. If your order is placed after 1PM (Paris time) on a working day, it will be prepared and sent the next working day. As soon as your parcel is with our supplier Chronopost, the delivery will usually take 1 day to reach an address in France.
  • Deliveries with Colissimo (3 working days) : orders placed before 1PM (Paris time) on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be prepared and sent the same day. If your order is placed after 1PM (Paris time) on a working day, it will be prepared and sent the next working day. As soon as your parcel is with our supplier Colissimo, the delivery will take from 3 days for France (in reality it is usually 2 days).
  • Livraisons Mondial Relay (4 jours ouvrés) : orders placed before 1PM (Paris time) on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be prepared and sent the same day. If your order is placed after 1PM (Paris time) on a working day, it will be prepared and sent the next working day. As soon as your parcel is with our supplier Mondial Relay, the delivery will take from 4 days for France (in reality it is usually 3 days). 
  • Express deliveries in Paris : Not available right now, however feel free to contact us and we will do all we can to send help you out : hello@anatole-paris.com

Delivery times depend on the recipient’s country and the carrier (Delivengo or DHL) :

How will I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will be able to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Sometimes the information is updated on the carrier’s website with a little delay. If that is the case do not worry, it is only an IT issue and your parcel is really on its way. Give it another try a few hours later.

What happens if I am not home when the order arrives?

If nobody is at home when the parcel arrives :

  • Colissimo (France) : your parcel will be handed to the closest Post Office and you will receive a notification with instructions to collect it. Your parcel will be kept there for 2 weeks, after which it will be sent back to us. We will then contact you to see if you need us to ship the products again and in this case the delivery fees will be on the client’s side.
  • Chronopost (France) : your parcel will either be rescheduled for a delivery the following working day, or will be handed to a nearby shop or a local Post Office. In any case you will receive a notification with the next steps and, in the case of your parcel being available in a store, you will be informed how long your parcel will be kept there for, after which it will be sent back to us. We will then contact you to see if you need us to ship the products again and in this case the delivery fees will be on the client’s side. 

Returns

How many days do I have to return a product and in which state should the item(s) be?
Items purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days (starting on the day the parcel was received by the customer). Please make sure the product was unused and in its original case.
No justification nor penalty fees will be asked for.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note the parcel is under your responsibility until we receive it, we advise you make sure to keep a proof of delivery to keep track of its status.
When will I be refunded?
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will confirm it by email and if the product condition is unused we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. The payment could take a little longer according to your bank.
We will refund the item’s amount that you have paid when you ordered. The shipping fees will be refunded on the basis of a regular home delivery fee (or local shop if applicable), therefore if you have chosen an Express delivery in Paris we will refund on the basis of the regular home delivery fee.
Through which method will I be refunded?
Once our customer service confirms the return was received in the expected unused state, we will refund you through the same payment method you had used to place your order.
How can I cancel my order ?
  • Right of cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from the day you received your
item(s) without giving any reason.
In order to cancel our contract, please inform us about your decision through a clear notification (for example in a postal or email written message) in which you mention your order number. You can also use our withdrawal form (in French here) but it is not compulsory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.
  • Refund method
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will confirm it by email and if the product condition is unused we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. The payment could take a little longer according to your bank.
The shipping fees will be refunded on the basis of a regular home delivery fee (or local shop if applicable), therefore if you have chosen an Express delivery in Paris we will refund on the basis of the regular home delivery fee.

Once our customer service confirms the return was received in the expected unused state, we will reimburse the amount through the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
